1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Nailset USA website and client portal, and apply alongside any written contract, quote, or work order for services. By using the site or portal, you agree to these terms. If a signed contract conflicts with them, the contract controls.
2. Quotes and estimates
Quotes describe the work, materials, and pricing as scoped at the time they are issued and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work discovered after opening walls, floors, or systems — or changes you request — may require a revised quote or a change order before the additional work proceeds.
3. Client portal accounts
Portal accounts are for our clients and their authorized contacts. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission, and keep your contact details accurate so quotes and invoices reach you.
4. Payments
Invoices are due per the terms stated on the invoice. Amounts unpaid past their due date may be subject to reminder notices and, where a contract provides, late charges. Approving a quote in the portal has the same effect as a written approval.
5. Scheduling and site access
Scheduled dates are made in good faith and can shift with weather, material availability, inspections, and prior-job overruns. You agree to provide reasonable access to the work site during scheduled work.
6. Warranties and liability
Workmanship warranties, if any, are stated in your contract or quote. The website and portal are provided “as is”; while we work to keep them accurate and available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability related to use of the website or portal is limited to the amounts you paid for the services at issue.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site or portal after a change means you accept the updated terms.
